I write this letter to express my gratitude for your exceptional service. I am actively involved in Toronto’s live music scene as musician. For several years I had thought purchasing a pair of custom-fitted musician’s earplugs, but was apprehensive to do so because I was unsure of how satisfied I would be with the investment. When, at last, I went to your clinic and talked to you and your very helpful and qualified clinician, I knew right away that every penny was well worth it. I even regretted not having gone to you sooner!
When I received my earplugs, I was surprised at how clearly I could hear through them. I used them at a gig that very night and was so happy with your product. I took it upon myself to do a bit of an experiment and did the performance with only one of them in. Afterward, I felt a significant difference between both ears. This is how I became fully aware of the protection your product provides, and how vulnerable my ears are without it. I am sure I will be using my new earplugs not only when I'm gigging or rehearsing, but also when I am in loud environments as an attendee, so as to protect my ears and lengthen the life of my hearing.
